Everything you type into our intake form: your name, role, firm, firm website, email, mobile number, markets, licensing states, advertising history, budget range, contacts and anything else you choose to tell us.

Basic technical data that our website host collects automatically to run and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

Our videos play through Vimeo, which may collect data under its own privacy policy when you press play.

How we use it

We use your information to review your inquiry, tell you whether your market is open and contact you about it, and to run, secure and improve this site. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give it to anyone else for their marketing.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we will text the mobile number you gave us about your inquiry. Consent to texts is not a condition of working with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and deliver form submissions to us (website hosting, email and video playback), and public authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email info@aimmedia.tv and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for law firms and their marketing teams. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
